Having recently moved from South Australia with our family, Simon helped ensure that this was nothing but a smooth & carefree experience for all of us in what would normally be an extremely stressful & emotional time for anyone.

From our very first phone call regarding the property, to providing helpful information about local schools, shops, attractions etc., nothing was ever too much trouble for him.

To say that he has gone above & beyond for us would be an understatement, & for this, we are extremely grateful to him.

I would also like to add a special thank you to the wonderful Phillis who works in the office, for her extremely prompt & professional Rental Appraisal that was also provided to us for what we were needing.

To say that we were shocked & thrilled to receive the required documentation within ½ hr of the original request, well this is something that truly exceeded our expectations.

Quantum has an amazing team of people working for them & it is for this reason that I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Simon to anyone who is considering buying or selling with him as you can be assured that he has nothing but the clients best interests at heart….this is more than I can say for other agents, having dealt with a few!
